As a Security Professional - Telecom Entry Monitor in Plainfield, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control processes by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Monitor and report any unusual or suspicious activities and/or persons observed within the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related threats and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities observed during shift.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site representatives to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
