*Customer Experience Specialist - Product Support Team*
*Role Overview:* As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for individuals exploring or owning advanced technology products. You'll provide exceptional service and support through phone, chat, and email, helping customers navigate product features, ordering processes, service appointments, and more. Your goal is to deliver a personalized and value-driven experience that builds lasting relationships between customers and the brand. *Key Responsibilities:* * Serve as a product expert for current and future offerings, including associated services and accessories. * Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, ordering, reservations, service scheduling, and general support. * Provide guidance on setup and usage, including home-based solutions and product maintenance. * Take full ownership of customer interactions, ensuring all questions are answered thoroughly and professionally. * Document interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. *Work Breakdown:* * *80% Phone Support* - Handling inbound and outbound calls. * *20% Chat/Email Support* - Managing follow-ups and case documentation. *Required Skills:* * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a high-volume contact center. * Strong communication skills - verbal and written. * Proficiency in navigating computer systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). * Ability to manage multiple systems and tools to resolve customer issues efficiently. * Strategic thinking and adaptability to tailor solutions based on customer type and situation. * Quick learner with the ability to retain and apply product knowledge across interactions. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Associate's degree or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting customers in a technical or product-focused environment. * Familiarity with home-based product installations or services is a plus. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
