The Maintenance and Reliability Professional will serve as an integral member of a team of maintenance and reliability experts, providing hands-on training, technical assessments, and maintenance excellence services to a broad range of industrial and heavy commercial clients. This position will be based in our Tempe, AZ office and will involve client-facing responsibilities, technical analysis, and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct technical meetings, client presentations, and educational training sessions
  • Perform facility and site surveys with a focus on machinery, equipment, and maintenance practices
  • Prepare comprehensive written reports that document findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities
  • Support and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement reliability and maintenance best practices
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of training materials and tools
  • Travel to client locations as required to support project and training needs


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Associate's degree (A.S.) in Industrial Technology or a closely related discipline - NFPA 70E trainer qualification preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience implementing maintenance and reliability best practices
  • Strong understanding of business, financial, and costing principles, including financial justification methodologies
  • Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting, electrical controls, and machine safeguarding
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to analyze technical data and assess performance against design specifications and operational objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Technical Competencies

  • Equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics systems
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization
  • Lubrication best practices and analysis
  • Electrical controls and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  • Predictive Maintenance (PdM) assessment and implementation
  • Development and enhancement of technical and training materials
