ANALYGENCE has an immediate opportunity for an Information Warfare Policy Analyst providing support to Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.
- Support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of IW capabilities' instructions, technical orders, and/or tactical manuals.
- As needed, review and validate that newly published and/or updated Higher Headquarter (HHQ) guidance and plans meets current operational requirements.
- Identify plans, policy and guidance gaps and coordinate, draft, and staff corrections and/or additions as required IAW ACC business practices.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of enabling and operating concepts for IW capabilities.
- Perform regular review of plans, policy and guidance IAW ACC business practices.
- Facilitate working groups and/or attend on branch's behalf to communicate and/or advocate official government positions. Includes, but not limited to, notifying attendees, securing venue (virtual or physical), drafting/disseminating read-aheads and recording minutes and/or taking notes within 3 business days; track progress of an tasks resulting from event and provide monthly updates at a minimum.
- Identify plans, policy and guidance equities related to individual IW capabilities and solicit input as needed from the applicable IW functional managers and/or subject matter experts.
- Assist with execution of responsibilities related to Division management, including but not limited to IGEMs monitoring and reporting.
- Must have current TS/SCI clearance.
- Staff experience equivalent to that of SNCO or FGO on a staff for 3 years, with knowledge and experience developing or managing policy, guidance, or strategy at the MAJCOM level or service equivalent.
- Knowledge and 2 years' experience regarding integration of USG IW capabilities as defined in AFTTP (3-3.IW, para 1.4.8, pg 1-3), including the following: Cyberspace operations, Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, ISR support to IW, IW weapon systems, and IW organizational construct.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
