Job Summary

The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through data-informed strategies and targeted marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for managing CRM reporting, optimizing lifecycle journeys, and overseeing content execution across email and mobile channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging insights to enhance customer experiences and strengthen brand relationships. This role is based 100% onsite in San Francisco, California.

Job Responsibilities




  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly CRM reports across email and mobile channels, identifying insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.



  • Partner with the CRM Manager to analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights that inform future strategies.



  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to design and interpret A/B tests, leveraging data to optimize segmentation and content effectiveness.



  • Identify behavioral trends and performance patterns to guide segmentation and engagement strategies.



  • Oversee execution of ad hoc promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.



  • Develop creative briefs with a consumer-first perspective and ensure timely management of campaign timelines, content briefings, QA, and approvals.



  • Manage and optimize use of the AI-powered content platform to deliver dynamic, relevant messaging.



  • Maintain the ad hoc content library for accuracy, accessibility, and performance tracking.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising, creative, and product teams to deliver cohesive consumer experiences.



  • Coordinate with loyalty and product teams to ensure campaigns reflect updates, features, and benefits that enhance user engagement.




Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.



  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM or lifecycle marketing.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.



  • Proficiency with or interest in learning HTML, content management tools, and CRM platforms.



  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is preferred.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.



  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



  • Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work.

  • This position is based 100% onsite in San Francisco, California.



  • Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
