Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Nekoosa, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining open communication with visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may operate vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or conditions that may impact the location.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Document all activities, incidents, and/or issues in accordance with company and site-specific protocols.
• Assist in controlling access to the location and help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Support visitors and employees by providing directions and assistance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
