What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, with special attention to access points and sensitive areas relevant to financial institutions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with evacuation or other critical procedures when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and interact professionally with employees and visitors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
