Work Schedule:

Onsite - Niagara Falls, NY

Our team in Space and Defense Group is looking for a Configuration Management Coordinator II to join them. You will report to the Senior Design Engineering Manager and will have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in Niagara Falls, New York.

To be considered for Configuration Management Coordinator II, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • HS diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.

As a Configuration Management Coordinator II, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of project documentation including engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules and contract modifications.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with customer contract requirements and engineering specifications.
  • Review contracts to determine documentation needs for each project phase.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes to documentation planning.
  • Coordinate and maintain modification records for management control.
  • Establish and manage change orders; prepare documentation for change authorization.
  • Review and analyze released engineering change data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and implement changes.
  • Compile and verify release packages to ensure completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain audit trails for documentation and change history.
  • Investigate and resolve documentation inconsistencies related to design, production, materials, or program office inputs.

Niagara Falls, NY $27.00-$34.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
