Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with core hours between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is hybrid and once fully trained, there will be the opportunity to work from home 1-2 times per week. While in the office, you will work at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric Surgical Specialties Clinics to:

  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Specialty Clinics Manager and others to support additional specialty clinics at the AFCH location, ensuring coordinated patient flow, staffing coverage, room utilization, and standardized workflows across shared clinic spaces.
  • Provide dynamic leadership for a team of 30+.
  • Ensure the staffing of the clinic to provide remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families.
  • Lead and manage daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Create and manage the clinic's operating budget.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
  • 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
