Position Summary

ThisSenior Financial Analyst positionisa Supply Chain Finance Co-Pilotroleuniquely supporting both TransportationandWarehousing for our Nestle WatersPremium Beveragedivision.

This rolewillprovide control and strategicfinancial managementthat includesthe preparation oftimely,accurate,andtransparentreportingandthe preparationofnetworkscenario analysis,that yields actionable insightsand recommendationsto various stakeholders across the organization.Further, this rolewilllook to mitigaterisksandcapitalizeonopportunitiesas part of managing overall supply chain costs, whileeffectivelycommunicatingperformanceresults andforecastchangesto the businesses.

Across all responsibilities, this role will be a strategic partner to the DivisionFinance andSupply Chain teamsand will partner closely with Warehousing, Transportation, Import Logistics, and Procurement to continuously assessand improvenetwork strategies and optimize operating spend.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead regular business reviews with transportation and warehousing teams to assess operating performance across key measures, carrier performance and compliance, impact of volume trends on operating strategy and costs, and toidentifypotential areas for improved efficiency

  • Providetimelyandaccuratereporting of actual performance to key stakeholders, with clear insights to performance drivers and variances versus a dynamic forecast and historical trends

  • Continuously drive process improvement and expansion of insights available to key stakeholders

  • Support multiple project streamsconsidering long-term network strategy or business changes with supply chain implicationsby providingcostbenefitanalysis, scenario cost comparisons, andrisk assessmentconsiderations

  • Drivewithcross-functional partnersthe identification and execution ofcost optimization opportunities; quantify potential savings and provide regular reportingof achievement vs opportunities

  • Manage month end close processes forP&Lareas of responsibility

  • Lead quarterly forecasting processforP&Lareas of responsibilitywith key inputs from functional partners andconsistentquantification,tracking,and management of potential risks and opportunities

  • Assess network trends and changes, process challenges, and the broader supply chain environment for potential risks, to be quantified andregularlycommunicated

  • Create management presentations for business partners to effectively communicate the performance, key changes, andrisk and opportunities to the business

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with major in Accounting, Finance or related

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance

  • Advanced computer based analytical skillsutilizingMicrosoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Essbase/Smartview, SAP and B/W

  • Advanced financial acumen;thorough understanding offinancial statement andprofitability concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, CFM, CCE, MBA

  • CPG/Food industry experience

  • Understanding ofglobal accounting standards, including IFRS

  • Demonstrated critical thinking andstronganalytical problem-solving skills;excellentability totransform data into comprehensive and actionable insights

  • Highly skilled and adept with Excel and other data modeling

  • Strong business acumen and value creation mindset

  • Commitment to first-time quality and accuracy in all work

  • Thorough understanding offinancial statement relationships (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows)and profitability concepts and thedemonstrateduse of P&Ls to drive business decisions

  • Ability tosuccessfullymanageand drivemultiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities

  • Ability to successfully work both independently and as part of a team; able to build key relationships with multiple functions

  • Strong interpersonal skills for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders#LI-hybrid
