The Enterprise Consumer Product Innovation teams' new product development initiatives bring together cross-functional teams with deep expertise in Business Strategy, Product, Technology, and Design-all working together to create what's next for consumers and for Allstate. As a Senior Consumer Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind these initiatives. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to market launch-owning the full spectrum of product development, from desirability and viability to feasibility and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for builders who thrive on turning ideas into real, scalable businesses. You'll collaborate across the Allstate enterprise to bring new products to life, balancing strategic vision with executional excellence.
