JOB SUMMARY DHIP Medical Staff Recruitment is seeking aSourcing Content Specialist to support the sourcing content, marketing, and communications efforts for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment. This role focuses on the marketing and communications and the social and digital media channels to drive talent engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition marketing and communication, social media platforms, design project support, and event management; preferred candidates will have design experience (e.g. Canva). The Sourcing Content Specialist will work closely with medical staff recruitment team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure to produce, deliver, and track the results of effective sourcing content activity.This role shares responsibility for daily applicant engagement activities with the sourcing team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities N/A Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, staffing and/or talent acquisition required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and interpretation preferred. Previous experience in health care, pharmaceuticals, health insurance or related industry preferred. Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on- time, high quality results. Preferrence of at least 3 yrs of recruitment experience with physician/APP.
