JOB SUMMARY

DHIP Medical Staff Recruitment is seeking aSourcing Content Specialist to support the sourcing content, marketing, and communications efforts for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment. This role focuses on the marketing and communications and the social and digital media channels to drive talent engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition marketing and communication, social media platforms, design project support, and event management; preferred candidates will have design experience (e.g. Canva). The Sourcing Content Specialist will work closely with medical staff recruitment team members and internal and external stakeholders to ensure to produce, deliver, and track the results of effective sourcing content activity.This role shares responsibility for daily applicant engagement activities with the sourcing team.

Day shifts, 40 hours a week- Hybrid opportunity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Communications



  • Develop marketing projects and deliverables, including traditional, digital, and social media strategies and tactics
  • Manage employer branding standards, collateral resources (logos, color palates, etc.)
  • Manage and support sourcing events (career fairs, conferences, etc.), developing event content and deliverables, and track report on event engagement outcomes and metrics
  • Support daily sourcing operations, including candidate outreach, follow-up, milestone tracking, and handoffs to recruiters
  • Attend regular sourcing meetings with recruiters and sourcing team to provide input and track sourcing activities



Social Media & Content Support



  • Develop and utilize design tools, templates, and outside vendor work product to support sourcing campaigns, projects, and events
  • Partner with department stakeholders and outside vendors (LinkedIn, Doximity, etc.) to create and share social media content that promotes open roles and highlights department achievements



Market Research & Competitive Analysis



  • Assist in preparing for intake meetings by conducting research on competitors' job postings and sourcing strategies
  • Provide updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities to inform recruitment marketing and communication practices

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree required.



Experience

A minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources, staffing and/or talent acquisition required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and interpretation preferred. Previous experience in health care, pharmaceuticals, health insurance or related industry preferred. Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on- time, high quality results.

Preferrence of at least 3 yrs of recruitment experience with physician/APP.
