Summary:

We are actively hiring a full-time Sr. Implementation Project Lead to join our Implementation Services team. The Implementation Services team is accountable for facilitating new customer implementations, designing & bringing to market recurring optimization services, and developing preferred post-acute network builds. This role will report to the Manager, Implementation Services.

As Sr. Implementation Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading moderate to high complex projects, internal management of customer contracting support, team process optimization, active services-based engagements that live with the Implementation Services team. Most projects are delivered remotely, while a few offer the opportunity to work with customers on the ground once business travel resumes. This role will require little to no travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently lead and drive end-to-end implementations of moderate to high complexity, ensuring seamless integration of solutions into healthcare organizations' EHR systems.
  • Proactively identify risks, mitigate challenges, and optimize implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, guiding them through product integration, best practices, and operational adoption.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Partner with Growth and Integration teams to accelerate contracting and onboarding for admitting organizations.
  • Own and refine internal processes within the Implementation Services team to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead tracking, reporting, and execution of in-flight service engagements, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering on key milestones.
  • Drive accountability by providing data-driven insights and progress updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between Implementation Engineering, State Account Management and other internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
  • Influence process improvements and best practices to enhance overall implementation effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance work within your function.

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...

  • Understand Bamboo Health's Product(s) (i.e. Pings, Gateway) features, and functionality.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customer types.
  • Take ownership of moderate to high complex project implementations from kickoff to go-live.
  • Take ownership of the post-acute contracting process and assigned services engagement tasks.
  • Establish working relationships with the Implementations Services.
  • Begin incorporating AI-supported tools into your day-to-day work-whether through analysis, documentation, or task management.

In 6 months...

  • Continue ownership of moderate to high complex project implementations from kickoff to go-live.
  • Contribute support to active, larger launches owned by other Implementation Services team members.
  • Establish working relationships with the Growth and Integrations teams.

In 12 months...

  • Act as a subject matter expert as it relates to moderate to high complex project implementations from kickoff to go live.
  • Own moderate to high complexity launches as an individual contributor.
  • Proactively engage in internal team development with ownership of certain deliverables.

What You Need:

  • A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5+ years in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management (Healthcare a plus).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, especially EHR integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific tools) to improve daily workflows.
  • A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.
