Role Description

  • Develop core assets, value propositions and key messages for key in-line brands for defined customer segments in close partnership with the Global Strategic Lead, responsible Medical Leads and in close collaboration with key INT markets based on insights, and backed-up by real world evidence
  • Lead creative core asset & message development & refresh for defined customer segments for in-line brands.
  • Guide/support product and financial forecasting, operating plans & resourcing process for key in-line brands across International operations in line with Category and Global Brand strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of US & international key in-line brand objectives and KPIs to monitor performance
  • Ensure measurement of campaign effectiveness, set & track goals partnering with Customer Engagement Teams for key in-line brands
  • Ensure performance metrics for TA defense are implemented and monitored for key in-line brands vs key competitors
  • Develop the key in-line brand messages within the Objection Handling global guidance in anticipation of key competitors' positioning in the market, and collaborate with L&D in developing the win-to-compete scenarios based on the established defense strategy.
  • Support markets in understanding and localizing market development strategy to drive adoption
  • Ensure the markets have the tools and resources needed to implement marketing campaigns or messages that include new clinical study data for key-inline brands.
  • Coordinate execution of LOE plans for key in-line brands
  • Ensure that the key in-line portfolio and brand objectives are being achieved and results are delivered
  • Maintain strong operational relationships with the GAT and all commercial leads to ensure that market knowledge is continuously being developed and up to date.

Level of education and qualification:

  • BS/BA and relevant experience required. MBA preferred.
  • The following are highly desirable. Will consider Zoetis colleagues who do not have all if have very strong performance history and demonstrated potential.
  • 5+ years of related experience and a proven record demonstrating successful in-line brand marketing including successful launch and communications management.
  • Exposure to product development process and/or new product launch experience.
  • Strong financial analysis and significant experience in forecasting in-line and new products.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in developing and executing brand launch activities, programs and tactics to optimize launch and achieve share and revenue targets.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global colleagues across many countries and cultures.

Professional experience/capabilities:

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing disciplines, brand management, market research, communications strategy, customer/consumer insight, and integrated marketing material development.
  • Demonstrated track-record of operational excellence with a sharp sense of vision that translates into an ability to identify new opportunities
  • Experience in managing relations with a wide diversity of stakeholders including (but not limited to) Commercial leaders, Enabling and Global functions, customers and senior leaders
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to oversee complex, cross-regional projects that require input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Results oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge and expertise in marketing disciplines; brand management; market research; communications strategy; customer insight and operational excellence.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,400.00- $213,600.00. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
