Role Description:
Dassault Systemes is seeking a User Success Engineer to work closely with global customers and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption, deployment, and usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide technical support and solutions across a variety of applications, driving customer satisfaction and long-term success. Open to any location with a DS office available.

Responsibilities:

  • Review technical specifications and align specifications with customer business rules to design custom solutions
  • Completeness, quality and productivity of EDI Template production
    • Basic Template and After Parse Functionality
    • Business rule documents
    • Implementation instructions
  • Works closely with more senior EDI Technical Specialists
  • Analyze, diagnose, and provide technical solutions to software product issues
  • Import customer data, test and reproduce customer issues as needed
  • Design or modify SQL scripts and other custom applications and scripts
  • Test solutions prior to delivery to customer to ensure compliance with specifications and business rules
  • Escalate higher level customer issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in computer science or related field
  • Working knowledge of programming language concepts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of database systems; familiarity with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP and EDI a plus

    Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication, time management and teamwork skills
  • Must be a self-motivated team player who likes responsibility
  • Basic understanding of business functions
  • Common professional etiquette (punctual for meetings, adherence to accepted boundaries on attendance/HR policies at organization, respect to others)
  • Requires successful completion of EnterpriseIQ training and testing

    Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $100,000 and $130,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
