Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Gundersen Moundview Friendship Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader passionate about rural health and community engagement to join our team as Administrator & CEO. In this role, you will provide visionary and strategic leadership, overseeing the continuous improvement and development of our hospital and clinics. You will manage operations efficiently, guide growth initiatives, and hold overall responsibility and accountability for the organization's success. We are looking for a leader with a deep passion for rural health-someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of providing high-quality care in rural communities and is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of our patients and neighbors. The area is known for natural landmarks like the Friendship Mound and Roche-A-Cri State Park, featuring historic petroglyphs. About Emplify Health by Gundersen Moundview Friendship: Our centrally located critical access hospital offers Emergency and Urgent care, imaging, lab, rehabilitation, surgery, inpatient and specialty care. We also house a primary care clinic, retail pharmacy, and eye clinic within the hospital.
