Join one of our nationally ranked, CCNE-accredited pre-licensure nursing programs as a per diem Instructor and help shape the future of nursing education. We're seeking passionate nurses for our BSN-Integrative Health and MS-Entry to the Profession of Nursing programs. In this student-facing role based in Tucson, you'll guide students through skills labs, simulations, and clinical practice, helping them succeed in their degrees, pass the NCLEX, and launch successful careers as RNs. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Teach and guide students in
clinical and practical courses related to assigned programs. - Provide instruction for
students during skills labs, simulations, and/or clinicals, which may include assigned day shifts, night shift, or weekend experiences. - Occupational health and
safety: Must satisfy clinical site compliance requirements (complete drug screening, BLS, vaccination requirements, and/or additional background check).

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Provide evidence/receipt of an active Arizona RN
License prior to first day of employment with College of Nursing. - Must be eligible to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint
Clearance Card from AZDPS.
Applicants with a Bachelor's degree:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) AND at least three
years of clinical experience as an RN providing direct patient care.
- Enrollment in or completion of nursing graduate-level
coursework OR possession of relevant national certification.
Applicants with a Graduate degree:
- Graduate Degree in Nursing with at least two
years of clinical experience as an RN providing direct patient care.

- Experience teaching in higher education.
- National certification in the area of clinical practice.
