Summary/Objective:

Senior Supply Chain Execution team members at Lippert Components are some of the company's strongest assets when it comes to driving sustainable change throughout the organization. We are looking for individuals who can deliver transformative solutions that streamline our business processes and support our teammates throughout operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret supply chain data such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels
  2. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  3. Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators to internal stakeholders
  4. Identify and recommend cost-saving or profit-maximizing opportunities within the supply chain
  5. Use predictive modelling to forecast future demand and procurement needs
  6. Coordinate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
  7. Focus on order planning, capital expenditure, inventory control, logistics and delivery
  8. Create complex reports, analyze and interpret logistics data, then develop strategies based on findings
  9. Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance
  10. Organize and Assign tasks within our ERP Implementation template
  11. Evaluate Bottlenecks and risks to timelines of critical projects
  12. Communicate with Senior Leadership and Project Management Team
  13. Regression testing for periodic ERP Platform Updates
  14. Define solutions and improvements to processes and business systems consistent with overall business strategies.
  15. Train personnel in process and system changes impacting operations
  16. Facilitates change management to drive adoption of supply chain roadmap

Working Conditions:

  1. Primarily working indoors, office environment with exposure to distribution centers
  2. May sit for several hours at a time.
  3. Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  4. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. High school degree or GED
  3. Demonstrated documentation, presentation skills, and communication skills
  4. Demonstrated skills in process re-engineering, process consolidation, and improving process efficiencies
  5. 3 years of experience in a related field

Essential Functions:

  1. Review shipment times, delivery performance, costs, and inventory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Monitor and communicate supply chain performance indicators to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  3. Analyze operations to uncover ways to reduce costs and increase profitability.
  4. Create and interpret complex reports to guide supply chain strategy and improvements.
  5. Provide clear updates and insights to senior leadership and project management teams.
  6. Define and implement enhancements aligned with business strategies and operational goals.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day. May be requested to travel for training or team meeting.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Manufacturing/industry experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Informatics, or MIS is preferred
  3. Manhattan WMS/ Microsoft D365 experience is preferred
