As a new Cost Accountant at Tree Top, you will engage in a variety of tasks essential to maintaining our financial health. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing cost data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting to support decision-making. Expect to conduct regular variance analysis and collaborate on inventory management to maintain efficiency across our food manufacturing operations.

Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent routine that allows you to focus on your tasks while fostering collaboration with colleagues. Pay Information

Salary Range: $83,600 - $125,400 annually

Target Starting Range:$85,000 to $90,000 annually

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
