A Brief Overview
This role will gather and analyze data to improve operations and processes.

What you will do
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to assist with decision making, communicate analytic insights and make recommendations.
  • Provides data analytics and statistics for benchmarking, productivity, or project needs. Communicates analytic insights and makes recommendations to laboratory leadership.
  • Develop and maintain reports in alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports for publication.
  • Process Improvement
  • Support operational business initiatives, serving as a conduit between clinical / operational leaders and improvement and data teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvement strategies in conjunction with improvement advisors and project managers.
  • Project Support
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables and assists in development and implementation of support plans
  • Facilitate, present and explain data / information and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation and use of related tools, systems and metrics
  • Assist in the promotion, sharing and education of related best practices
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Master's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Statistics or related field Preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • At least three (3) years process improvement or data analysis experience. Required
  • Previous experience working in a complex healthcare related environment. Preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools and practices.
  • Intermediate proficiency with process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, billing and finance principles.

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
