A Brief Overview This role will gather and analyze data to improve operations and processes. What you will do Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to assist with decision making, communicate analytic insights and make recommendations. Provides data analytics and statistics for benchmarking, productivity, or project needs. Communicates analytic insights and makes recommendations to laboratory leadership. Develop and maintain reports in alignment with strategic initiatives. Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports for publication. Process Improvement Support operational business initiatives, serving as a conduit between clinical / operational leaders and improvement and data teams. Identify and implement process improvement strategies in conjunction with improvement advisors and project managers. Project Support Manage project timelines and deliverables and assists in development and implementation of support plans Facilitate, present and explain data / information and collaborate with stakeholders Assist in the creation and use of related tools, systems and metrics Assist in the promotion, sharing and education of related best practices Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Required Master's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Statistics or related field Preferred Experience Qualifications At least three (3) years process improvement or data analysis experience. Required Previous experience working in a complex healthcare related environment. Preferred Skills and Abilities Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools and practices. Intermediate proficiency with process improvement tools and methodologies. Basic knowledge of accounting, billing and finance principles.
