The Office of Human Resources provides leadership in the planning, integration, and implementation of human resource services and programs for faculty, staff, and retirees across all campuses and the health system. Collectively with our campus colleagues, we serve as a strategic and trusted advisor. Pursue continuous improvement through knowledge, collaboration and leadership. As part of the Shared Administrative Services (SAS) Team, this position provides essential support to daily human resources transactional processing, serving over 50,000 active & separated employees, retirees, beneficiaries and dependents. Responsibilities 20% Administration of Tuition Assistance program.
20% Unemployment Claims
15% Administration of Spending Accounts (HSA and FSA)
15% Process all benefit changes for employees on unpaid Leave of Absence (LOA) and Long-Term Disability Recipients
15% Manage and execute key transactional tasks related to employee benefits.
10% Employee Benefit Inquiry Management
5% Power of Attorney Process

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to interpret University policies and leave regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Anticipated Hiring Range
