The VP, IT - Corporate reports to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and governance of IT services and solutions across the People & Culture, Finance, Legal & Communications functions. This executive-facing role will partner with senior business leaders to drive digital transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across these corporate domains. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in enterprise systems, particularly SAP/ERP, and a proven track record of enabling business outcomes through technology. This role will be instrumental in shaping the digital roadmap for Campbell's corporate functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership *Define and execute the digital strategy for People & Culture, Legal, and Finance, aligning strategic technology initiatives with annualized business priorities. *Partner with the CDTO and IT Leadership Team to build and maintain an executable roadmap for corporate functions. *Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and digital enablement. People & Culture Technology Enablement *Oversee People & Culture systems including HRIS, talent management, workforce planning, learning & development, and employee engagement platforms. *Drive digital initiatives that enhance employee experience, streamline People & Culture operations, and support organizational development. *Partner with People & Culture leadership to support annual processes, including performance management, talent management and succession planning. *Enable systems and analytics for talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and employee wellness programs. *Support employee relations platforms and case management tools to improve resolution tracking and compliance. Finance Digital Transformation *Oversee finance systems and infrastructure to scale with business growth and drive controls, efficiency, and accuracy of financial reporting. Must have strong experience with SAP ECC, Consolidation platforms such as Blackline as well as Tax reporting systems. *Build materials to articulate a strategic vision and roadmap for Finance to internal and external partners, as aligned to the Finance Transformation agenda, balancing near term priorities with longer term strategy. *Support M&A activities from due diligence to integration, finance data governance for both internal and external reporting, and automation of month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes. *Implement digital best practices around standards for Record to Report, Order to Cash, Sources to Pay within the FICO functional processes and ERP integration. Legal Technology Enablement *Lead the implementation and support of legal systems including contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and legal matter management. *Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation through secure and scalable technology solutions. *Collaborate with Legal leadership to identify digital tools that improve efficiency and transparency. Communications Technology Enablement *Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment of messaging and digital platforms that support internal and external communication strategies. *Collaborate with PR teams to enable technology solutions that streamline media engagement and public relations activities. *Drive digital initiatives that enhance brand presence and communication effectiveness across corporate channels. Enterprise Collaboration & Governance *Serve as a key member of the IT Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy and portfolio planning. *Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards. *Coach, mentor, and develop IT team members to be impactful contributors across corporate functions. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $219,100-$315,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
