More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com Residential Security Agents The goal of our Residential Security Agent is to deliver the highest levels of safety, service, and security to our clients in their residential environment while blending into their family lifestyle. Upon deployment, the RSA will establish a baseline, "pattern of life," for the residence and surrounding neighborhood to facilitate situational awareness, accurately identifying changes to the environment that supports the security decision-making process and identifying and stopping potential threats as early and as far away as possible. The assigned Residential Security Agents shall maintain a low profile, intent on blending in with the neighborhood environment using a protective surveillance model. The RSA is a critical part of the overall protective strategy for the client. The RSA integrates with the other protective elements through communication, intelligence, and functioning as a command post. Specifically, the RSA will: * Be responsible for safeguarding the client, family, and personal property located at the residence. * Incorporate the client's core values and code of conduct in all decisions and actions. Be responsible for making real-time operational decisions that enhance safety for the client and immediate family members. * Monitor the residential intrusion detection system, panic alarms, and CCTV camera system. * Demonstrate effective communication with the client, the family, and other protective services team members. * Be accountable for their actions, communication, and customer service decisions. * Collaborate to develop and follow RSA standard operating procedures. * Promote and establish effective working relationships with the client, the family, and the protective services manager to quickly resolve operational issues without affecting the client's quality of life. * Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments of the residential environment. Maintain and manage all security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and security phone communication. Receive, document, and communicate all deliveries. * Establishing professional working relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors and private contractors assigned to work at the residence or directly involved with the client and family. * Maintain client's security vehicles as required. * Provide mobile coverage support during the night in the event the client leaves the residence. The agents will be expected to follow in the vehicles. * Maintain all protective service perishable skills, such as firearms, medical, and driving, through sustainment training. * Be responsible for providing transportation for the client or family when requested. Maintain a professional working relationship with local law enforcement in the residential environment. Job Schedule and Requirements * 12-hours shifts from 19:00 - 07:00 (Week 1: 3 days, Week 2: 4 days) * Agents are expected to be on post in the company vehicles Experience and Licenses The RSA will have frequent contact and interaction with the client, family, and residential guests; therefore, agents will be expected to display high levels of emotional intelligence, professional appearance, and customer service in every contact. The preferred Residential Security Agents experience will consist of: * Government, Military, Law Enforcement, or 3+ years in a security role * Training or experience in Executive Protection or Residential Security * Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification * Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal * Possess current licenses * Possess valid State driver license While on-site, Residential Security Agents are expected to: * Allow plenty of time to arrive should there be traffic problems. Lateness will not be tolerated. * Maintain focus on the security of the property and its residents with minimal distractions to the posting. * Sign on/off shift with the company security team and local police department using established communications channels. * Notify the company security team of any notable occurrences (to include activity from fire, Police, or medical services and/or protest activity at nearby residences) or need to leave the property while on shift. * Respond timely to any company requests while on shift. * Respond to emergencies through established emergency protocols (to be shared by the company) Information Security Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
