We are currently seeking a motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills who is ready for a new and exciting career opportunity at BCD Travel, working on the Apple Account.

What do our Travel Consultant Trainees Do?

We provide travel services to employees of Apple. Our focus is to provide excellent service to our travelers--and you'll be the first impression we make. As a BCD Travel Consultant, you will:

• Help customers make business travel arrangements (via telephone calls, email or chat).
• Work with a large variety of travelers, all traveling for business around the world.
• Have lots of opportunities to delight our customers and shareyourexpertise and recommendations.

Our Travel Consultant (Agent) Training program is aPAID trainingprogram that teaches you about world of corporate travel management, as well as the airline, car rental, rail, and hotel industries.

Our next class is scheduled for November 2025. The training will be 8 weeks. It will be a combination of virtual and in person training, at the Apple campus in Austin, TX.

Program Overview

This is a 40-hour work week Monday-Friday in a classroom environment.

• Graduation- Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be assigned to work with our travelers.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrated internet research skills
• Demonstrated typing skills
• Demonstrated excellent customer services skills (verbal and written)
• Availability to travel for 2 weeks to receive in person training in Austin, TX

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Travel Agent is $45,000-$50,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
