Job Summary:
The Wisconsin School of Business is seeking a Chief Operating Officer who will be a leader in administrative services transformation and operational excellence for an enterprise with annual expenditures totaling approximately $100 million. This position reports to the Dean and serves as a key advisor to and member of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments and has a strong financial acumen especially with respect to budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style. This position will steer the school's core administrative and financial infrastructure to enable bold innovation, academic distinction, and long-term sustainability. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing cross-functional operations across core services areas, while also nurturing campus-wide partnerships to help the school leverage best ideas and practices. This position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Key Job Responsibilities:
