Job Description:

As a Photomask Specialist at Microchip, you will have a critical role in moving product through our manufacturing lab. This includes moving reticles through different production operations.

* Operating various tools used for cleaning reticles

* Working with chemicals

* Setting up equipment that is used for defect inspection

* Acquire the ability to use a microscope

Requirements/Qualifications:

* Ability to work a 12 hour day shift. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

* Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.

* Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail * Prior success working both individually and in a team environment

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to follow written and verbal direction

* Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications

* Excellent listening skills

* Adaptability to frequent change and improvements

* Regular and predictable attendance is essential

* Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment

* Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills

* You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

This job does not require any previous experience. Hands-on training will be provided by experienced personnel.
