Location: Long Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday OR 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

We're hiring Production Maintenance Technician pros in Long Prairie who can handle anything that breaks, rattles, or leaks. If you're the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.

What You Bring to the Floor



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A few solid years (3-5) keeping machines alive and running right (preferably in a food-grade facility)
  • Knows the ins and outs of hydraulics, pneumatics, power tools, and manufacturing control systems
  • Can read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and manuals with ease
  • Works smart, moves fast, and keeps safety first
  • Strong math skills, including percentages, weights, and averages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Access are a plus
  • Experience with dry goods and high-speed packaging systems is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


On the Floor and In Control

You'll take ownership of your shift-inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding what keeps the operation running. When production slows, you'll be the first one on it, keeping things safe, smooth, and efficient.



  • Perform scheduled, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using manuals, diagrams, and documentation
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
  • Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards
