As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and administrative support. You'll serve as a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping drive priorities, manage communication, and ensure the smooth operation of executive activities.

What You'll Do

Executive Support



  • Partner closely with the CIO, VP of Digital & Data, and Director of IT Operations to manage strategic and operational priorities.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively initiate solutions, and manage tasks from start to finish with a high degree of ownership.
  • Manage complex calendars and competing priorities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and empowered decision-making in day-to-day interactions and scheduling.


Meeting & Communication Management



  • Develop, organize, and enhance meeting agendas, materials, and content.
  • Capture and summarize meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions clearly and concisely.
  • Create professional, high-quality communications and executive presentations tailored to varied audiences.
  • Facilitate effective meeting flow and ensure leaders' time is used efficiently.


Project & Change Management



  • Coordinate and track digital and data projects, identifying risks or issues before they escalate.
  • Help drive process improvement and cross-functional change initiatives that enhance efficiency.
  • Support strategic programs that advance the mission of the Digital & Data team


Relationship Building & Representation



  • Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders as an extension of executive leadership.
  • Communicate with professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to each audience's needs.


Administrative Operations & Logistics



  • Plan and organize meetings, events, travel, and logistics with minimal direction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
  • Continually develop and refine administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy.


What We're Looking For

Education and Experience:



  • Experience: Associate's degree in business, administration, or related field and 4-6 years of related executive administrative experience


Skills and Competencies:



  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse teams.


Location:

This job is located onsite in our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD offices. There may be up to 15% travel.
