As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic and administrative support. You'll serve as a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping drive priorities, manage communication, and ensure the smooth operation of executive activities. What You'll Do Executive Support Partner closely with the CIO, VP of Digital & Data, and Director of IT Operations to manage strategic and operational priorities. Anticipate needs, proactively initiate solutions, and manage tasks from start to finish with a high degree of ownership. Manage complex calendars and competing priorities while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and empowered decision-making in day-to-day interactions and scheduling. Meeting & Communication Management Develop, organize, and enhance meeting agendas, materials, and content. Capture and summarize meeting notes, decisions, and follow-up actions clearly and concisely. Create professional, high-quality communications and executive presentations tailored to varied audiences. Facilitate effective meeting flow and ensure leaders' time is used efficiently. Project & Change Management Coordinate and track digital and data projects, identifying risks or issues before they escalate. Help drive process improvement and cross-functional change initiatives that enhance efficiency. Support strategic programs that advance the mission of the Digital & Data team Relationship Building & Representation Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization. Interface confidently with internal and external stakeholders as an extension of executive leadership. Communicate with professionalism, discretion, and adaptability to each audience's needs. Administrative Operations & Logistics Plan and organize meetings, events, travel, and logistics with minimal direction. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions Continually develop and refine administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy. What We're Looking For Education and Experience: Experience: Associate's degree in business, administration, or related field and 4-6 years of related executive administrative experience Skills and Competencies: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across diverse teams. Location: This job is located onsite in our Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD offices. There may be up to 15% travel.
