Position Description

PIMCO's Global Marketing Operations team strives to make the production and publication of PIMCO sales and marketing content as simple, efficient and clear as possible. We achieve this by focusing on four strategic objectives:

  • Process and governance

Join our Global Marketing Operations team and take the lead in transforming content automation!

As the Seismic Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert driving scalable content production, configuring dynamic templates, and collaborating across marketing, product strategy, and IT to bring our roadmap to life. You'll work with firm systems, databases, and resources to source and maintain the quantitative and qualitative data that powers our marketing collateral. You'll also help scale our content supply chain and support strategic integration projects. Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize dynamic templates within the Seismic platform to support scalable content automation

  • Implement and manage logic and rules for automated content generation, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Execute quarterly production updates including data refreshes, testing, and validations

  • Fulfill content and logic change requests and troubleshoot issues across teams

  • Analyze usage patterns and share performance insights to inform improvements

  • Collaborate with marketing, product strategy, and IT teams to support platform enhancements and strategic initiatives

  • Document business requirements and maintain training materials to support adoption of new processes

  • Manage intake requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Seismic automation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency

Position Requirements

  • Experience in asset or investment management and navigating a fast-paced, global team environment

  • Hands-on experience with Seismic, especially in content automation

  • Strong understanding of large data sets and complex data display needs

  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Excel

  • Familiarity with content and workflow management platforms and marketing technology ecosystems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking

  • Ability to communicate confidently across functional areas and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services marketing or B2B environments

  • Exposure to JIRA, Red Oak, and Smartsheet a plus but not required

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 87,000.00 - $ 112,500.00
