Your Opportunity as the Sourcing Analyst, Direct Ingredients/ Commodities This position will serve primarily as a support role for the Directs Ingredient group with sourcing responsibilities. It is necessary for this role to assist in supply chain issues, contract administration, and deliver key reports to the team. The role will also manage existing supplier relations. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will: Provide analytical and system support for Direct Ingredient/Commodity Buyers Logistics support for ingredients/commodities Resolve invoice issues and discrepancies Update and maintain the ingredient/commodity pricing for all assigned categories Support in the resolution of raw material supply chain issues Implement physical buying strategies and negotiate contracts for select categories The Right Role for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
