Pay & Schedule



  • Pay: $27-$32/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA regulations and lock-out/tag-out procedures
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform substantial equipment repairs independently or with the maintenance team
  • Repair walls, floors, doors, and perform painting/touch-ups to maintain facility aesthetics
  • Perform plumbing repairs: unclog toilets/urinals, replace valves, maintain sensors, and handle other plumbing needs
  • Operate, maintain, and repair air handling equipment such as ventilation and circulation fans
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctioning systems, including minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC tasks
  • Monitor building automation systems to ensure proper operation and temperature control
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and customer staff regarding work requests, status updates, and completion expectations
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment, including measurement of operating characteristics, replacement of expendables (belts, hoses, fluids, filters), cleaning, and lubrication
  • Assist with facility upkeep, minor office reconfigurations, and coordination of maintenance projects with site leads and subcontractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager



Qualifications



  • High school diploma required; vocational/trade training preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience applying mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills in facility maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in varying conditions, and use ladders or access confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
