A reasonable estimate for this position is $70, 977 - $79,887 Application Window Open date: October 31, 2025 Next review date: Monday, Dec 1, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Dec 1, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Art and Art History at the University of California, Davis , invites applications for a lecturer position in the Art Studio Program to teach Beginning Photography in Winter 2026 (Jan. 5 - Mar. 20). The selected lecturer will teach a three-hour studio class twice a week and schedule regular office hours. Art 009: Beginning Photography. This class introduces students to visual language of photographic art and technique. Manual camera operation and printing techniques. Concept and practice of photography as an art form and creating photographic projects. Qualifications include an MFA or the equivalent, 3 years college/university level teaching experience beyond the TA level, expertise in the discipline and experience teaching Photography.
