ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership across Azure Compute by identifying architectural gaps, scaling challenges, and opportunities for innovation.Drive the design and delivery of platform-wide initiatives that improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.Partner with engineering and product leaders to align technical strategy with customer and business priorities.Take a structural approach in solving complex problems. Communicate to decision makers in a clear and compelling way.Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large and diverse organization and deliver results that depend on the broader Microsoft organization.Define targets for business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and track and report progress on them.Help lead and champion a team culture that embraces diversity. | |
