As a Reporting Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with business lines to transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions while learning advanced data and business intelligence skills. Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with business lines to gather requirements and deliver clear, actionable reporting solutions.

  • Analyze data sets to uncover insights and trends that inform business strategies.

  • Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures, data sets, and dashboards following departmental standards.

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Intelligence team to enhance data models and automation capabilities.

  • Create data visualizations and metrics that effectively communicate business performance.

  • Validate data accuracy through testing, documentation, and quality assurance processes.

  • Map business processes and document data flows to support consistency and transparency.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve data access, quality, and reporting efficiency.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent experience.

  • Foundational understanding of database concepts, reporting tools, and data analysis methods.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SQL development, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms.

  • Exposure to data mapping, data mining, or business process documentation.
