Digital Operators 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr + Based on Experience (BOE)

Location: Hartland, WI

Become a vital part of our production team by ensuring quality digital print jobs are completed efficiently.

• Operate and monitor digital print machines.
• Load paper and substrates; retrieve files from the server for printing.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain printers.
• Document quality checks and track work progress.
• Assist with other printing tasks as needed.

• Familiarity with digital print equipment and basic maintenance.
• Strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft software).
• Ability to read and follow job instructions, solve problems, and ensure safety standards.
• Must be comfortable with physical tasks, including repetitive lifting (up to 20 lbs) and standing for long periods.

• Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to dust or toner.
• Requires attention to detail, color vision, and close-up work.
