We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time Retail Sales Supervisor (40 hours per week) for our Albuquerque, NM location.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example to support sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Supervise store operations, including opening and closing shifts
• Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to team members in real-time
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, inviting store environment
• Create and execute daily plans, clearly communicating tasks and goals to the team
• Handle shift-based inventory tasks such as receiving, transfers, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Monitor and respond to store communications and internal updates
• Accurately complete sales transactions using our POS system
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Identify and escalate issues when needed, while recommending proactive solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a store leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and active listening
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
• A flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., ladder use)
