Role Summary
Join Associated Bank's Commercial Support Services team as a Commercial Quality Analyst, where you'll help enhance service performance through data-driven insights and automation. In this role, you'll monitor service levels, streamline reporting, and support process improvements that strengthen the client experience. This position offers the opportunity to grow your analytical skills in a collaborative, performance-focused environment. Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards to enhance visibility and efficiency across Commercial Support Services.
  • Manage the CSS Quality mailbox, log issues, and coordinate with segment leaders to ensure swift resolution and process improvements.
  • Assist in facilitating daily SLA calls and compile segment status updates for leadership reporting.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect new processes and quality initiatives.
  • Analyze performance trends to establish benchmarks and identify opportunities to elevate service standards.
  • Support training initiatives by identifying best practices and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement new tools and reporting enhancements that drive operational excellence.
Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years in the financial services industry

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Experience with process improvement, reporting automation, or quality analysis
