Position Summary/ Department Summary:
The Heart Center at BCH has more than 500 experts providing world class care to families with congenital heart issues spanning a full continuum of care (i.e., outpatient clinics, cardiac imaging, surgical and procedural care and inpatient units). The Heart Center at Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a business partner to senior leadership; to drive an effective budgeting and planning process and to support high-level analysis throughout the various business cycles. The Financial Analyst II will provide financial analysis to evaluate operating performance and support decision making; collaborates in the creation of the analytics program; delivers readily available and actionable data to inform and influence decision-making; develops on-demand reporting processes and outputs. The ideal candidate will be extremely well-organized and have solid time management skills in order to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, under sometimes tight deadlines. Success in this role requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
