The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is responsible for the strategic delivery of driving vendor resource needs globally, delivering on all aspects of the vendor management lifecycle. The responsibilities include but not limited to working closely with FedEx management across the different divisions in understanding the needs and challenges working with vendors, improving the experience, contract initiation, negotiation, project/scrum management and vendor compliance and governance. The ideal candidate will represent business owners' needs in Vendor Management, ensuring adherence to all policies, processes and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vendor metrics; MS Excel proficiency; compliance experience. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: US Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $13,571.58/month (E26) Additional Details: The desired locations for this role are Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; and Plano, TX. It may be located anywhere in the US except AK, HI, and U.S. territories. Depending on your location, you may need to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
