LMI is seeking a forward-thinking early career Human Resources professional to support strategic talent management initiatives from our headquarters in Tysons, VA. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you will work cross-functionally to support programs that elevate our people, culture, and performance.

Responsibilities

    Support a variety of talent and engagement programs, including onboarding, mentoring, performance management, learning & development, and employee recognition.
  • Plan and coordinate engagement activities and events (virtual and in-person) that reflect our values and bring our culture to life.
  • Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to develop content, training materials, communications, and toolkits that scale and resonate.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to collect feedback and analyze data to improve talent programs.
  • Assist in building SharePoint sites, digital dashboards, and knowledge-sharing platforms that make information easy to access and use.
  • Support training initiatives that help digitally enable the workforce, including adoption of new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Contribute to change management and internal communications for initiatives like reorganizations, leadership transitions, and new program launches.


Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, learning & development, or related people-focused roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard) to streamline tasks, generate content, and support creative problem solving.
  • Strong project coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to translate ideas into engaging messaging.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration tools like Teams.
  • This position is required to be in person 2-3 days a week at our Tysons Corner location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI tools in a professional setting to support HR, training, or communications.
  • Exposure to HR technologies such as performance management systems, LMS platforms, or engagement tools.
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, or government contracting environments.
  • Interest in data storytelling and using metrics to show impact.

Target Salary Range: $55,449 - $80,000
