As the Senior Network Pricing Analyst for Employer & Individual, you will design and develop reports and analyze data to measure network performance. You will investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and health care costs data. Along with your team, you will identify potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies. You will help heal the health care system as you work with an elite team to solve tough challenges.

This role is based in the Las Vegas, Nevada office with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (three days in office and two days offsite per week).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deliver claims, capitation, and membership data
  • Clearly communicate financial impacts and analytical findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for medical cost savings and recommend alternative pricing strategies
  • Consolidate and report the financial impact of proposed and executed contracts on budgets, market goals, and business plans
  • Apply knowledge of Commercial and Medicaid reimbursement policies to support pricing and contracting decisions
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of contract modeling tools and analytical products

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with relational databases (such as Access, SAS, SQL)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in performing data analytics
  • Proven excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Reside within commuting distance to Las Vegas, NV

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial, or related field
  • Experience supporting contract modeling, financial forecasting, or cost containment initiatives
  • Intermediate level proficiency with SQL

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
