YOU As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will be in a role that has high visibility and will be interacting with various leaders throughout the branch, as well as the company. The ideal candidate will be experienced and highly skilled in working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a proactive, self-starter who possesses exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.A high level of professionalism, organization, and flexibility are essential. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING(% of Time) Creates and maintains administrative resources for the department, including rosters, organization charts, department forms, contact lists, written instructions, process flow charts, and the Branch Operations site. (20%) Assists the Operations team in streamlining collaboration by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing summaries. (15%) Prepare documents, announcements, and other communications for dissemination to employees. Distributes communications as needed and maintains the electronic communication boards and bulletin boards at each facility on a daily/weekly basis. (15%) Organizes operations events by coordinating schedules, securing necessary supplies and materials, and submitting event forms. Provides assistance for employee events such as Plant Training Day, Incentive Meetings, employee luncheons, and Fun events. (15%) Provides purchasing support to plant personnel (10%) Manages the employee uniform and boot reimbursement process. Develops and maintains a process for uniform issuing and returns, serving as the liaison with the uniform vendor. (10%) Collects and inputs data to generate required weekly and monthly reports. Assists in the execution of special tasks and projects as assigned. (10%) Assists Human Resources with special projects and initiatives as needed. TRAVEL REQUIRED This job requires 0% domestic travel. WORK STATUS & LOCATION This full-time, non-exempt position is located in McKinney, TX. RELOCATION Relocation is not available for this position.
