We're growing and currently seeking Electrical Engineers at the mid- and senior-levels to join our collaborative engineering team. Responsibilities
  • Design and document electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage for aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities.
  • Produce one-line diagrams, panel schedules, lighting layouts, specifications, and reports.
  • Perform electrical calculations including load analysis, short circuit studies, arc flash, and voltage drop.
  • Apply electrical codes, NEC, NFPA, and industry standards to ensure compliant, functional solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination efforts.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits.
  • Lead project scopes, oversee deliverables, and mentor junior staff (mid- and senior-level roles).

Qualifications
  • Mid-Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, FE exam passed and actively pursuing PE licensure, 5+ years of progressive experience, demonstrated ability to lead design efforts and coordinate small to mid-scale projects.
  • Senior Engineer: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, active PE license, 10+ years of progressive experience leading electrical design.
  • Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of other electrical analysis software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission critical, or federal work is highly valued.
