Identity and Access Management Analyst

General Purpose of Job:

The Identity Access Management Analyst Entry Level is responsible for the provisioning, maintenance and deprovisioning of application access while protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data.

• Manage life cycle of user accounts according to standard operating procedures and service level commitments while respecting and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex problems related to user access issues
• Provide Customer support related to identity management activities including creation of customer-facing documentation and workflow requirements.
• Manage and maintain ticket queues by processing access-related requests and facilitating communication to customer as needed
• Facilitate the certification and audit of user access rights, maintain documentation for future audits, and assist in gathering information related to security or privacy audits and investigations
• Develop and maintain test scripts related to projects and initiatives for continuous automation of user access
• Draft and updates internal work notes and customer facing tip sheets
• Participate in managing escalations including team on-call rotation
