In this role you will:



  • Help maintain CRM and internal databases, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Create and deliver internal communications including team updates and newsletters.
  • Work as a liaison within the marketing and sales teams, providing updates and results of initiatives.
  • Monitor and compile key performance indicators (KPIs) on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating schedules, organizing digital assets, and data reporting.
  • Proofread and assist with executing marketing materials including blog posts, landing pages, emails, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Assist in executing Elevity's social media strategy across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube.
  • Facilitate scheduling, logistics, and follow-up for meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Work with third party vendors to produce printed materials, clothing, and other branded items.
  • Coordinate internal events, such as our annual Sales Kick Off event, and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen Elevity's company culture.
  • Assist management team with onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Provide backup coverage to the receptionist as required.


You should have:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or communications experience.
  • Experience entering and maintaining databases (internal databases, CRMs, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and maintain proficiency in key databases (internal databases, CRMs, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain working relationships with key internal and external team members.
