LTL Specialist Shift: 1st, (7:45am-4:45pm) Pay: $25-$26/hr (Based on experience) Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in freight logistics? America's largest manufacturer of flags and flagpoles is hiring a Full-Time LTL Specialist to join our team! This is a 1st shift, weekday-only position at our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate LTL pickups with freight carriers Prepare accurate Bills of Lading and other shipping documents Act as the main point of contact for the dock schedule and shipping area Separate daily orders by ship date and distribute to warehouse teams Track shipments, confirm contents against paperwork, and verify freight details in Acumatica and TMS Assist with customer pickups and inbound deliveries Cross-train with freight/logistics department as needed Support additional logistics projects or tasks as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
