Position Overview
The Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst - Senior will provide expert-level CI support to safeguard national security interests against foreign intelligence threats. The analyst will lead and execute CI activities across multiple functional areas, including investigations, operations support, collection management, and analysis. This role requires demonstrated expertise in developing leads, conducting risk assessments, producing CI reporting products, and coordinating with interagency partners to enhance the organization's counterintelligence posture.



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) cumulative years of direct counterintelligence experience, including:
    • CI functional services: 3 years
    • CI investigations: 3 years
    • CI operations support: 2 years
    • CI collection management: 2 years
    • CI analysis: 2 years
  • Federal CI/investigative training (e.g., DoD CI Special Agent Course, FBI Basic).
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph eligibility.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in lead development and targeting.
  • Expertise in conducting strategic risk assessments.
  • Experience with CI policy development and briefing senior leadership.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for CI reporting products.
  • Ability to conduct interagency coordination and engage with stakeholders effectively.
