Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a background in banking? We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our operations team, where you'll play a key role in supporting wire transfer transactions and member services. What You'll Do: * Handle incoming calls (70%) and process transactions (30%) with professionalism and accuracy. * Assist members with wire transfers by verifying identity, collecting detailed account and routing information, and ensuring smooth processing. * Perform operational tasks such as check deposits, ACH transactions, and wire transfers. * Monitor exception reports and make necessary corrections or adjustments. * Review checks submitted through the Deposit Anywhere portal. * Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned functions. What You Bring: * At least 2 years of customer service experience (retail banking is a plus!) * Prior experience in banking or financial services * Strong typing and computer skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Soft Skills That Shine: * Team-oriented and collaborative * Coachable with a positive attitude * Proactive communicator - not afraid to ask questions * Professional and courteous with members and colleagues Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
