- The System Administrator will manage, maintain, and support Nutanix Hyperconverged Virtual environments and Marine Corps FRCS servers at Camp Lejeune. The candidate will ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, provide RMF support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist MCIEAST Systems Administrators in operational tasks.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cyber Monitoring Services Platform Certified User Certification.
- ITILv4 Foundations.
- ICS-VLP Certificate 210W-01 10.
- RMF Training (USMC specific).
- CCENT or CCNA.
- Security+.
- CISSP.
- Microsoft Certifications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist with configuration management and future system adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and investigate FRCS events, equipment, or system performance issues.
- Architect, administer, and maintain Nutanix Hyperconverged Virtual environments supporting MCIEAST FRCS servers.
- Support MCIEAST installation Systems Administrators with access and privileges for FRCS servers.
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of MCIEAST servers hosted at Camp Lejeune, report deficiencies.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity requirements, including STIGs, patches, updates, and RMF ATO/ATC processes.
- Provide RMF support and coordination with ISSMs, ISSOs, and ISSEs.
- Use and administer Nutanix virtualized environments, SQL, and Microsoft Server software.
- Network administration in DoD environment, including knowledge of TCP/IP and security administration.
- Support USMC A&A process including MCCAST 2.0, RMF, DFIA, and CNSSI 1253 compliance.
- Create and manage POA&Ms.
- Interpret and implement NIST 800-53 and DoDI 8510.01 standards and policies.
- Conduct vulnerability and risk analysis.
- Minimum 1-year experience with Dragos platform monitoring systems.

- Must be able to work on-site at Camp Lejeune with occasional travel.
